USER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement governs the relationship between the user and Nanazon Media, operated by IE Eralieva Alsu Radikovna (Tax ID: 022405044073, OGRNIP: 325028000182470, Address: Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa, Rabkorov Street 5, Phone: +7 967 451-31-95, E-mail: support@nanazon.com).
2. Rights and Obligations of the User
The User must provide accurate information during registration and verify the account via SMS code.
The User may use downloaded content only for personal and commercial projects.
Redistribution, commercial reproduction, or publishing of platform content in open sources is prohibited.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Company
The Company provides access to content within the subscription plan.
The Company guarantees that all content provided is legal and licensed.
The Company processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data.
4. Payment and Refund
Payments are processed via Tinkoff Bank acquiring.
Refund conditions are set out in a separate Refund Policy document.
In case of technical errors or inability to provide the service, the User will be refunded.
5. Liability
The User is responsible for any misuse of the content.
The Company is not responsible for failures caused by ISPs or third parties.
6. Final Provisions
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible, in the courts at the Company's place of registration.
